No. Stations run in short bursts with rest between reps, so you set your own pace and still get eight weeks of real coaching.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund up to 14 days before the first session. After that, refunds are prorated less a $50 administration fee once the session starts.

Do I need a full set of gear?

Yes — full equipment is required, including helmet with cage or shield, gloves, elbow pads, shin guards, shoulder pads, and a cup.

What should I bring?

Where do I get my helmet sticker?
