Question 1

Who is the clinic for?

Accepted Answer

Adult players 18+ from returning beginners to experienced weekly skaters. Drills are scaled so everyone gets reps at their level.

Question 2

How many players are on the ice?

Accepted Answer

We keep the group intentionally small with coaches on the ice every week, so you always get reps, feedback, and coaching attention.

Question 3

What does the cost cover?

Accepted Answer

Your registration covers the weekly ice sessions left in the season at $40 per week (max $325), training equipment, pucks, and your helmet sticker. Join late and you only pay for the weeks remaining.

Question 4

What if I miss a week?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are not prorated, but drills repeat and progress week to week so it is easy to jump back in.

Question 5

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Accepted Answer

No. Drills run in short bursts with rest between reps, so you set your own pace and still get eight weeks of real coaching.

Question 6

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Full refund up to 14 days before the first session. After that, refunds are prorated less a $50 administration fee once the session starts.

Question 7

Do I need a full set of gear?

Accepted Answer

Yes — full equipment is required, including helmet with cage or shield, gloves, elbow pads, shin guards, shoulder pads, and a cup.

Question 8

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Full gear, two sticks, water, and a positive attitude. Locker rooms open 30 minutes before ice time.

Question 9

Where do I get my helmet sticker?

Accepted Answer

Pick it up at the check-in table by the locker rooms on your first night. It is your proof of registration for the session.
